Winter rates are for guide purposes only and may be even lower for 3-5 night stays, lowest rates are in December and April. January, February and March are highest seasonal rates. Remember to book early during winter months, many weekends sell out 8-10 weeks prior. Some weekends may require a four night minimum during peak season.

Fill the Vacant Rooms!!!! What is this? Yes, these are our lowest last minute rates and available only to those who want to gamble. Last minute arrivals that do not already have a guaranteed reservation with us may luck out with our lowest possible rate. This rate is for one night only and may be as low as $99 season and $79 off season. Guest may be required to present a valid non-debit major credit card at check in. Whether you just got into town without a reservation, decided not to drive home, or decided to extend your stay, stop in and if we have an empty room available between 12 pm and 6pm, simply ask for the fill the vacancy rate. This is not good for reservations and only for vacant rooms to walk-in guest between 12pm-6pm daily.

Reservation policies and procedures: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and More. All rates are in US Dollars and plus applicable taxes. Rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice.

All Reservations require a major credit card at the time of reservation, of which a minimum one night deposit or 50% of the entire stay which ever is greater plus applicable taxes will be charged. This deposit is fully refundable and returned onto the credit card in which it was taken with proper cancellation notice of more that 30 days prior to arrival. Special events, holidays, and 2 or week stays may not be cancelable and management will inform you of the temporary cancellation policy

To receive a return of deposit to a credit card, a guest must cancel by email or phone and at least 30 days prior to arrival. At which time the office will email a confirmation cancellation notice and then return all the deposit to the credit card.

Any cancellation received between 30 to 7 days prior to arrival, will receive no penalty or refund, however they will receive a credit of paid amount toward their next stay during the next six month period. This does not include holidays or special events, which may have a no refund policy.

Reservations who do not cancel with at least seven days notice may not receive a credit toward a future nor a refund. The owner reserves the right to give a future credit based solely on cancellation reason and/or re-sale of the complete dates previously reserved by the guest cancellation.

Special Events and Holidays may be higher and require a minimum length stay. These dates will require a deposit in the amount of at least fifty percent of the entire stay including taxes. Please inquire as to cancellation policies and procedures when inquiring rates for they may change or differ periodically.
